1. Discord's desktop programs don't have a report function built into them like the mobile apps. 

2. Instead, you'll need to visit the discords Submit a request page, which you can access by clicking Submit a request at the top-right of support.discord.com. 

3. This is the most common method of reporting someone on Discord.
