How to use live wallpaper on iPhone:

Step 1: To set a live photo as a live wallpaper, go to Settings, Wallpaper, and Choose a New Wallpaper.

Step 2: Find your live photo from the All Photos or Recents folders and then select it.

Step 3: You can zoom in and move the live photo however you like. Step 4: When happy, tap Set and then choose Set Lock Screen.
