Step 1: What you need. Images for Telegram stickers should ideally be in the PNG format, have a transparent background, and have 512x512 resolution. 

Step 2: Getting started. 

Step 3: Launch Sticker bot. 

Step 4: Select sticker type. 

Step 5: Sticker set name. 

Step 6: Upload sticker image. 

Step 7: Link an emoji.

Step 8: Publish.
