Step 1: Select one or more columns that you wish to resize.

Step 2: To select all columns, press Ctrl + A or click the Select All button.

Step 3: On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format, Column Width.

Step 4: In the Column width box, type the desired number, and click OK.
