Step 2: Press the "," key to go backward frame-by-frame, or "." to go forwards.

Step 3: Press the left arrow key to rewind by five seconds, or press the right arrow key to fast-forward by five seconds.

Step 4: On mobile or Smart TVs, select the cog icon and then "Playback speed"
