Step 1: Click on the "Data" tab in the Excel Ribbon.

Step 2: Select "Sort" from the "Sort & Filter" dropdown menu.

Step 3: The "Sort" dialog box will appear.

Step 4: In the "Sort" dialog box, select the column that you want to sort by from the "Sort by" dropdown list
